Return & refund policy

For us, at “The Wood White”, customer satisfaction comes before all else, and we are here to make this process as seamless and comfortable for you. So please feel at home!

We completely understand that sometimes a product differs from what you had expected it to be. In such a situation, please note that the product can be returned and can be eligible for a refund ONLY IF it meets the following terms:

1.) If the product has been damaged during transit.

2.) If there is a manufacturing defect.

3.) If you’ve received the wrong color/print than what you had ordered.

4.) And most importantly - Any return should be registered within 3 days of receipt.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

Given it meets any of the above situations, we request you to fill our “Return Registration Form”. After filling the form, our customer service representative will either get in touch with you via email or via our WhatsApp business account in order to expedite the process.

THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED if:

1.) You have crossed the 3 day return window.

2.) If the product is damaged or is tampered with, and is not in its original condition, or if the tags and the packaging is missing.

3.) Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?

1.) We initiate the refund upon successful return pick up and after the returned item has reached us and passed the evaluation process .Therefore, the refund time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.

It will take us a maximum of 7-14 Business Days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
